UFC 239 ADDS JON JONES VS. THIAGO SANTOS, AMANDA NUNES VS. HOLLY HOLM

The main and co-main events for this summer’s blockbuster UFC International Fight Week card are revealed. UFC 239 takes place July 6 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, and ESPN has reported the next bouts.
Jon Jones vs. Thiago Santos, UFC 239
UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones will return to the Octagon at UFC 239 if he puts his title on the line against knockout artist Thiago Santos.
Jones (24-1, 1 NC) is 18-1, 1 NC from the UFC and in the minds of many observers of this sport is the greatest talent to step in the Octagon. Of course, problems outside of the game with all the law and also USADA have hindered his career, but he’s finally back to a constant fight schedule and that’s a good thing for everybody. Since his No Contest against Daniel Cormier in the summer of 2017, Jones has looked better than everbefore. He won back the vacant title with a brutal knockout win over Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 232 after which defended the belt using a decision over Anthony Smith in UFC 232 just a few weeks ago. Jones has assured the fans that he’ll fight more often now that his private issues are taken care of, and also this bout with Santos will be his third battle in less than less than eight months.
Santos (21-6) is 13-5 overall in the UFC and is currently riding a four-fight win streak, including three straight wins since moving up to light heavyweight. Since going around 205lbs, Santos has knocked out Jimi Manuwa, Eryk Anders and Jan Blachowicz in devastating fashion. He’s actually second all-time now behind Vitor Belfort on among the UFC’s all-time best knockout artists. Although he had been inconsistent as a middleweight, it appears the move up in weight has helped him to attain some strength which could make him a true threat in this fight against Jones.
Even though Santos has a puncher’s chance against Jones, you simply can not go against the winner. Jones, for his or her troubles, is your greatest MMA fighter of all time, and he’ll be a heavy favorite here in order to defend his belt.
MMA oddsmaker Nick Kalikas has already released the launching betting line for this particular bout. Jones opened as a -900 favorite, with Santos as a +600 underdog. Click the hyperlink to see Kalikas’ rationale for the opening line.
Amanda Nunes vs. Holly Holm, UFC 239 UFC women’s bantamweight and featherweight champion Amanda Nunes will stick around 135lbs and shield her belt in UFC 239 against top competition Holly Holm.
Nunes (17-4) is 10-1 overall in the UFC and is currently riding an eight-fight win series. After going through every challenger thrown her manner at bantamweight, such as Valentina Shevchenko twice, Ronda Rousey and Raquel Pennington, she proceeded up to featherweight in her last outing and became the first girl to knock Cris Cyborg, getting the featherweight champion in the procedure. In this struggle against Holm, she’ll move back down to bantamweight and shield her belt there.
Holm (12-4) is just 5-4 in the UFC, but she’s fought elite competition in most of her writings within the Octagon and her record is skewed as a result. Since her shocking upset head kick KO win over Ronda Rousey in late 2015, Holm is just 2-4 in the UFC, but she has won two of her last three bouts including a decision win over Megan Anderson in her last outing. Despite her inconsistencies the past couple of years, she is still one of the most respected female MMA fighters .
Although Holm is a formidable challenge for Nunes, the UFC’s first women’s double winner deserves to be a large favorite heading into this particular bout.
MMA oddsmaker Nick Kalikas also opened the opening betting line with this bout too. Nunes started as a -345 favorite, with Holm a +275 underdog. Click the link to see Kalikas’ logical for the opening lineup.

What are mail order brides services?

What are mail order brides services?

To put it bluntly, a mail order bride service is an online catalog with available men and women who are seeking a loving partner for marriage. These are not dating websites or hookup apps. These are serious platforms build by people who care about the sanctity of marriage and true love. Everyone deserves affection and care. This is the concept behind every mail order bride website (those that are worth mentioning). Based on psychiatrists and sociologists, the feeling known as love comes to us naturally. It is in our biology to want to belong to a clan; usually, this feeling begins budding around 30-35 years of age for men and 20-30 years of age for women. There are exceptions of course, but the general statistic points to these age groups. If we take these straightforward facts into account, we will quickly conclude that mail order brides websites are fighting a war against loneliness. Loneliness is the number one killer; the feeling of segregation and abandonment take more lives per year than car crashes. Think of these numbers. read more

NBA Point Spread and Betting Analysis

The foremost bit of betting news for this sport is Rondo and Ingram are outside. The Lakers and Rondo claimed that Rondo did not spit at Paul, but video of this episode clearly contradicts Rondo’s account.
In terms of recent matches, the Lakers dropped 124-115 to Houston, failing to cover the spread. The Lakers have let 128 and 124 points in their first two matches. Against Houston, they enabled James Harden and Chris Paul to unite for 64 points and 15 assists. Houston’s starters scored 95 points.
The Spurs lost Saturday night to the Portland Trail Blazers, 121-108, failing to cover the spread. The Spurs are 32-24 in their past 56 visits to the Staples Center but that has been an even series of overdue. The Lakers are 4-3 SU and ATS in the last seven meetings.
San Antonio Spurs
The Spurs generated 16 shot attempts than Portland 100 to 84, on Saturday. They struck 13 of 30 three-pointers, which is very excellent. They committed just six turnovers, which can be exceptionally strong. Yet, they dropped by 13. Why? They allowed Portland to reach 54 percent of its field goals and 15 of 32 threes. Portland’s Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum combined for 53 points, as the Effect of this Murray injury hit home for Gregg Popovich’s team.
You’re seeing numerous high-scoring games from the NBA this year, a commodity not just of players needing to adapt to their defensive assignments and rotations, but also as a result of NBA principles and points of emphasis clearly equaling offensive players. San Antonio didn’t play badly on offence against Portland, but because its defence was missing, that good offensive performance did not matter.
Los Angeles Lakers
So what does the loss of Rondo and Ingram mean for this particular game? Rondo is one of the two best passers, another being LeBron James. Los Angeles handed out 28 assists on Saturday from Houston and Rondo had 10 of those assists, together with LeBron having just five. The Lakers’ ball movement could suffer to some degree, also against San Antonio’s ineffective defence. So far as Ingram goes, he’s averaging 14.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.0 blocks per game. The Lakers have thickness in the trunk with Lonzo Ball and Josh Hart, but the reduction of Ingram will be sensed a bit more.
From the lack of Houston, the Lakers let the Rockets to reach on 16 threes in 42 efforts. Houston also outscored the Lakers by nine at the free throw line, 20 points to 11. The Lakers committed only 10 turnovers, but they had been outrebounded 54-44. Another difficulty for Los Angeles against Houston:. The Lakers made only 8 of 32 tries against the Rockets. read more

UFC 235 ADDS JOHNNY WALKER VS. MISHA CIRKUNOV

There are a few intriguing new bouts that were revealed for upcoming fight cards, and here are my initial reactions to these bouts in today’s MMA odds and ends.
Johnny Walker vs. Misha Cirkunov, UFC 235
An accident to Ovince Saint-Preux has knocked him out of his UFC 235 matchup against Misha Cirkunov, and filling in on short notice will be Johnny Walker. UFC 235 take place March 2 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. MMAFighting.com broke the news of this replacement matchup. Walker (16-3) seems like he is the upcoming big thing at 205lbs. The Brazilian is about an eight-fight win series and is 2-0 in the UFC with back-to-back KOs over Justin Ledet and Khalil Rountree. He’s a star in the making and this fight will give him the opportunity to beat a ranked fighter and leap in the branch’s top-10. Cirkunov (14-4) is 5-1 in the UFC with all his wins coming from stoppage, but he himself has been knocked out two. Cirkunov was arguably the best prospect in the light heavyweight division at the same point, but Walker is currently, and I’d have to believe Walker will be a big favorite to win this battle.
Alejandro Perez vs. Cody Stamann, UFC 235
Because of an accident to Song Yadong, Alejandro Perez will now take on Cody Stamann in UFC 235. Perez (21-6-1) is 7-1-1 in the UFC and beat Eddie Wineland in his final fight. Stamann (17-2) is currently 3-1 at the UFC and is coming off of a submission reduction to Aljamain Sterling. Perez has an wonderful album but stylistically Stamann poses matchup problems for him. I think Perez is going to be the favorite as a result of his win series, but Stamann is quite live here.
Luis Pena vs. Steven Peterson, UFC Fight Night 148
Featherweights Luis Pena and Steven Peterson will meet at UFC Fight Night 148, taking place March 23 in Bridgestone Arena at Nashville, Tennessee. Rodney James broke the news. Pena (5-1) is 1-1 at the UFC and lost a split decision to Michael Trizano his last time out. Peterson (17-7) is currently 1-1 in the UFC as well and is coming off of a split decision win over Matt Bessete. Close battle here between two guys who must obtain more consistency, but depending on his popularity Pena will be the betting favorite in this one despite making his 145lbs debut.
David Branch vs. Jack Hermansson, UFC on ESPN 2 Middleweights David Branch and Jack Hermansson are set to lock horns at UFC on ESPN two, occurring March 30 in Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Branch (22-5) is 2-2 in his most recent stint at the UFC but is coming from a surprising KO loss to Jared Cannonier. Hermansson (18-4) is 5-2 in the Octagon and is coming from back-to-back stoppage wins over Thales Leites and Gerald Meerschaert. Branch was on a great win series for a while but the two knockout losses he has in the UFC worries me. I’d have to prefer Hermansson within this one just based on his momentum as well as the fact he is the younger and bigger fighter in this matchup.

UFC 229 – Best Bets

Onor’The Notorious’ McGregor will make his Octagon reunite Saturday night to face undefeated lightweight champion Khabib’The Eagle’ Nurmagomedov in the UFC 229 main event at T-Mobile Center in Las Vegas.
This is the battle mixed-martial arts fans are waiting for, one which pits two savages at the very top of the game and at the prime of their careers. Toss in a ton of terrible blood, a wild bus attack that led to McGregor’s arrest in New York City earlier this year, and you get a dream matchup that is most likely only the first chapter of this bitter rivalry.
McGregor has only lost once during his 10-fight UFC tenure, falling into Nate Diaz via second-round entry at UFC 194 in a welterweight contest that has been put together on less than two weeks of notice if then-lightweight champ Rafael dos Anjos was forced off the card because of a foot injury.
The Dubliner avenged that defeat with a majority-decision success in their rematch in UFC 202. Less than three months after from the UFC’s debut in NYC at Madison Square Garden, McGregor scored a second-round knockout win over Eddie Alvarez to catch the advertising’s 155-pound strap.
Since the Nov. 12 of 2016 triumph over Alvarez, nevertheless, McGregor has not stepped foot in the Octagon. He wisely cashed in on a chance to fight Floyd Mayweather on Aug. 26 of 2017. McGregor dropped by 10th-round KO into the undefeated Mayweather, but he put himself up for life with a money back that has been reportedly in the $100 million neighborhood. read more
